Large Fragile Delivery Service
If your item is in stock with our supplier we aim to have all items delivered within 2-3 weeks. Once your order has been placed we will contact you with delivery date options. Please contact our team if you need your furniture delivered by a specific date 01376564015 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pre-order items: Please refer to the date on your order confirmation for an estimated date of arrival to LWB. The arrival of pre-ordered items can be subject to change and/or delays. Pre-order items will be dispatched after they have arrived into stock and have been through quality control, using the service you have selected at the checkout. If your item requires our Large / Fragile Item delivery service this can take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive with you. If your estimated delivery date has expired and you would like an update please email the team: email@example.com (please note that the team will not be able to give you an update unless the date estimated has passed).
Free delivery codes: Valid Free Delivery codes can be redeemed against our UK Standard Delivery Service only and is not eligible for use in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including sale.
Click & Collect
Free (order and collect in-person)
We are happy for you to collect your order from our shop in person. Please place your order online and contact one of our staff, they will set your order aside for you to collect at your convenience.
Email us to authorise your request.
We will endeavour to prepare your purchase for collection quickly but please do not come to collect your item until you have been contacted by our staff. Please ensure to bring along, your payment card used for purchase and your order number.
Payment must be made online, or by calling us on 01376564015 before you are able to collect your order
If you change your mind, you can return an order, in full or in part, at your expense, for a refund. Please notify us of your intention to return, all or part of your order, quoting your order ID, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please enclose a copy of your notification with the returned items.
If you wish to exchange, any or all of the items, on your order, you will need to return the unwanted items to us, as above, for a refund and place a new order online, for the items that you would like instead.
If you received a free item, as part of a promotion, and you return the entire order, or the value of the returned items, means you would not have received, the free item, please return it with the items, that you do not wish to keep.
If your order qualified for free delivery and you subsequently decide to return your order in full or in part, where the net transaction falls below the free delivery threshold we reserve the right to charge the original postage at the rate when the original order was placed.
Where additional postage was paid we will only refund the basic postage cost.
Any replacement items for free of postage will be conditional on achieving the free postage threshold.
At our discretion we may accept returns beyond the 14 day period, however this must be pre-agreed before the item is returned. A restocking fee of 15% of the order/item value will be deducted. The net amount can be used against the purchase of a replacement item(s) to the same value or more.
Faulty Items/Incorrect goods received
Where possible, we will check items for faults before dispatch. If you think any of the goods are faulty/incorrect please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your order ID, by emailing email@example.com and then return the item(s) to us, at the above address. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return postage at the basic rate) to the original Debit/Credit card, on receipt of the faulty/incorrect item(s).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
